Here are some pictures of my GTi i took today after a good wash. It was kind of overcast and i took them on my phone so they kind of suck. Soon as the weather breaks and I get my new wheels on and lower it a little I will take some pics around town and post them here. If you dont drive a VW, you suck:p Right Wally! jk.

yes, VW's kick ass! I'm enjoying every minute when I drive my Gti. I'm sure I'll get this model in about 3-4 years. ;D

I'll post mine up right now if I can manage to get it off the phone.

what stage you gonna go for?

just stage 1 with exhaust. I dont need stage 2. I have to wait till next february2011 though forthe engine warantee to expire. for now im going for tint, a set of lowerering springs, maybe coilovers depending on cashflow, this summer im getting 18s and lower profile tires, and audio. Then next spring APR stage 1, some middle of the road exhaust system (anyhing that doesnt sound like a fartbox honda), neuspeed pflo CAI. and a Forge Diverter Valve, all aftermarket ECU flashes destroy the stock diverter valve!

240 plus horse is enough for this car. Yeah its nice to go fast but you open that wastegate much more and your just abusing your engine. I hope to get 400 k out of this car

ok sounds good and quite looking forward to seeing it done lol. to be fair if your going to just use the car on the road then you will never benefit from having coilovers (only good thing would be you can change ride height with out the hassle of changing springs). yer a exhaust will help the engine breath better, also an induction kit would help and biggers wheels will slow the car down for pick up but make the top speed higher. not sure what a CAI is (im guessing we call it something else here lol) and i am also guess that a diverter valve is what we call a dump valve her, if it is then its worth spending some money and getting a good one as the cheap ones dont last long and dont perform as well. i have turbosmart dump valves and turbo waste gate on my 106 and would not use anything else and can not recommend them enough. ill see if i can get some photos of my engine so you can get a better idea of the parts i have used and see if they fit your bill

CAI is cold air intake. An induction system if u will. I drive a lot on curvy country roads so coilovers would benefit a little. But I think ill just go with lowering springs. And when it comes to wheel size I'm going more for look than shaving a half second. diverter valve is basically a blow off valve. It releases the residual pressure produced by the turbo. The stock Dv is sufficient until u start applying more boost. post some pics man I want to see what ur working on!

here are some interior pics, I love the interlagos! And an engine bay pic, not too effective due to the big VW cover on it,

yer we call it a dump valve lol and like i said i would not use anything apart from turbo smart for dump valves and waste gates but it depends how much money you have to spend i guess. im not a fan of dump valves that put the air back into the turbo system i would rather loose the boost by having it dump to the air so i know its save the turbo and also stopping the spin down which helps with lag
