call of duty black ops?

hi all,
i have made this topic because i want your advice about black ops. i downloaded it from piratbay a couple of days ago but when i installed it it turnes out my computer cant handle it... so that means if i want the game i need to get it for x box360, and that means that i actully have to pay for the game!!!!!!!!!! so is it worth the money? consider that i dont have x box live, so the real question is: is cod black ops´s singleplayer worth the money?

in my experience: NO!

Black ops single player is good, both the campaign and the zombie mod, however its not worth it. In my opinion the campaign gets boring and I dont like the zombie mod. The only thing I do is playing online with my ps3. So I would reccomend u not to buy it.

online MP isnt great either. The perks/weapons/killstreak shit is cool as bawls but as with cod5, the gameplay is clunky and bleh. It's a game you'd play every once in a while.

It's definitely not worth it just for single player. It's not really even worth it for Multiplayer either. I got into it for maybe a month, but lost interest. Haven't played it in weeks. I actually forgot i had it lol.

with the new map packs ive been more into the game again

but without xbox live the game just isnt complete..... i wouldnt buy it just for singleplayer

Same here D. I hadn't installed it on my new drive 'til just a few days ago... I think I'll start playing it like before.. besides, our servers aren't getting much action sooo..

and to answer the OP's question, I personally think the game is merely OK. cod4 still drew me back, especially since some of our members play it often.

Single player is alright don't care for the multiplayer any, only thing I <3 in BO is zombies!

well, back to piratbay. if u know what u are doing u can avoid a virus pretty good. i have thrown 3 games with a virus out unopened. and the legal issue is a fucking joke. my friend got busted and he got a letter from the police that said: you are being watched. he didnt dowload for 3 month and than started again. he didnt have to pay a fucking cent! i still use piratbay very often and never had problems.

how bout pay for what you use, even though the feds can be complete dicks and multimillion dollar corps dont really need it. There are small businesses trying to grow. Man up and pay. Don't be such babies. Steam offers demos of games. Maybe if people start using legit demo versions of games to decide whether to buy, they will put this tactic into practice more often. I don't buy this bullshit "i am just trying it, if i like it ill buy it" sure for some people it's true, but not for the majority. Bunch of babies.



I dislike BO multiplayer. I find it clunky. I am really hoping with teh new DLC comes a patch or something that fixes whatever i find wrong with it. I also hate the way HC mode is worked. FF is lame, especially when tons of people get on there and dont care. I bet lots of people just go from server to server throwing nades team side to piss people over, then get kicked, then move on. As i said, it is a very interesting game though. There is some REALLY cool shit, that i think might make it worth buying. I paid 20 bucks for cod4, idk how much ive played it, it has to have worked down to less than 5 cents per hour of gametime by now. You can't really expect something THAT amazing from every game.

Last time i checked, i had built up over 35 days of MP time on cod4, total. Thats just MP and thats before the lappy was peed on.

To get a pirated game to work, you need either crack files or a keygen. Most use crack files. These types of files almost always come up as false positives in AV programs, most notably AVG. There are also a lot of better places to get games then torrent sites. I've downloaded dozens of games and most come up as a trojan. Just need to be smart about it. Download from a well known group - Skidrow, razor1911 etc.

The thing i hate about BO HC is the teamkill is always on. It's such a fail. Getting kicked from servers b/c you teamkill with a b52 or something is idiotic. It's just way to easy to do it. BFBC2 has TK on in HC servers as well but i have never once TK'd anyone.

on BFBC2 you loose points lol i was in the minus last time because of that but i didnt kill the guy

Yea, ive never tked anyone. I only think ive played HC a couple of times though. In BO ff is just retarded.
