i have spawned into an arstrike twice, i wanna say 3 times, but idk if thats even possible so im probably remembering wrong. Anyway, that pisses me off when it happens.... lol.
Random nades are no different than wallspam avc, so you should reconsider who you hate on, especially when you consider that 3 of the places you mentioned are spawn points.

Well, not exactly. The spawn points are in the rooms adjacent to the "skylight room" have the spawn points and to lob into there involves running up to the railing and aiming the lob, which just involves getting killed from the 2 roof spawns.
I would normally only lob down the stairs from the locker room, as there are frequent fire fights in that room. Throwing your nade UP the stairs (at the spawn) is not really as effective as it can bounce straight back at you.
Talking of wall spam. The other day I'm playing 2v2 on the BC map. One of the enemy had the M60. He met my teammate in the toilet and fired off a spray. Kills him, and the rounds that missed went straight through the wall and killed me heading for the stairs. LOL, collateral wall spam.
