Hi to all Sniper Komp Kompetitors.

Refer to the Komp area to view the draw and make a time to play your match. You may need an Admin/Mod to lock the server for you.

I played KTM and I won, no screenshot. Stevo and Deadly Tiger are my witnesses.

Yes I witnessed the game and this was my veiw,

1. Crossfire Silo 4 (1xSnipe, 3xClaymore = 4 Kills) - KTM 3 ( 3xSnipe)
2. WetWork Silo 1 (1xSnipe) - KTM 2 (2xSnipe) **KTM Crossed the center Line for both Kills as Silo Laying and Praying the round behind BulkHead who gets penalised the Crosser or the poor sportsman layer & Prayer?**
3. Creek Silo 0 - KTM 1 (1xSnipe)

Actual Kills Silo 5 - KTM 6 Comp Admin can rule it how they want re Crossing the Center vs Lay and Pray for 2 rounds, KTM is happy to replay it or be penilised for Crossing the Center, Comp Manager Rule away :)
 
Hmmm, OK, for the Crossfire map, clay kills are OK

I dont understand the wetwork story. Was Silo hiding for the whole round?

And how does only one player get only one kill and the other zero kills in an entire round of creek?
 
Whoa false scores he got one shot on Wetwork
and 0 on creek, on creek in the last 30 secs he ran across with an m4

On creek, i hadnt played creek before, so i was confused on boundarys
and on wetwork, i was sniping from the far building, and he ran across the map and shot me
so we decided to negate that point, and then i ran to one of the middle things, and got a headshot on KTM

May I suggest 1 round in Killhouse (Small fast map that is familiar to all here, with no place to hide for any period of time)
Minimum Score of 10 to the winner
Bolt action sniper Only
No Pistol ,Claymores, Knifes, Grenades of any Kind
No movement restrictions
Winner take all

Silo just went to ground for the last 2 rounds protecting a 1 point lead, He hid behind the bulkhead for the majority of wetwork and in the Caves in Creek, he was shot once (with a r700) in Creek when ventured out of the wrong side of cave as it was counting down to the end
 
Hmmm, sounds like some sort of playoff is required here.

I say you need to do a single round of Wetwork, not Killhouse (this is a sniper comp, not a fast scope comp). No crossing the middle line (you can still climb onto the structures on the deck).
First to 5 kills, that will stop anyone hiding once they are a few kills in front.

Trasgu won! best out of 3. Not sure where I need to post this so I posted it everwhere lol.
 
AVC vs Trasgu.
Map 1 Crossfire. AVC wins. Mainly due to trag clomping about the map for all to hear. And running into clays.
Map 2 Wetwork. Trag wins. Seems every time I popped my head up to look for him, he'd shoot it.
Map 3 Creek. AVC wins. Stealth. In the last 5 mins I was ahead and Trag says "are you hiding" While I'm SLLLOOOOWLY crawling into position. Stealth was the key. My last two kills was due to Trag giving away his position by running to a spot of cover. may as well have been carrying a flag, lol.
 
dude, u really pissed me off. Not only u only beated me by 1 kill but also each time I killed u I could go make myself a pizza and come back and u wouldnt still show up. XDDDD

The next person that plays vs him take this into acount.
 
I think I pissed you off early. As I recall my first two kills in Crossfire were clays.
You weren't happy, lol.
But that's what the map choices were about.
Crossfire was about watching your back and tracking down the other sniper.
Wetwork was simply long range spotting and sniping.
Creek was about spotting the other ghillie suit before he spots you.

I might add, for all competitors still to play, that hiding is not permitted on the "don't cross the center line" maps. You must actively seek out the enemy.
 
Calling Damage and Joe!

If you guys have not played your match by the time my PC is back online (which will take at least a week if not two) then you will BOTH forfeit, unless it is just one of you who is not responding to challenges.

Please advise :)
 
AVC vs Joe

round one - draw. Some good QS by Joe
round two - AVC leading 7 kills to zero. Joe forfeits due to screen issues.
round three - Creek - Joe runs around all over the place, may as well have been carrying a flag, my last 4 kills I was right out in the open. Joe rage quits.

It's a sniper komp. Stealth. Running around doesn't work. But good job anyway Joe.
 
AVC... Stealth doesn't = picking a spot where only your head sticks out and then just waiting there for minutes upon minutes until either you see someone or you get knifed in the back. That's just camping.

i honestly don't get why the sniper komp has to be camping
