Toxins does have a point on the console messages, I would bet that he didn't see it at all because for some reason the messages will run for a few days then stop. I rarely see the console messages running anymore, only when Wally goes in to the server and does w/e he does, lol. If he was warned and kept on doing it, then yeah I would ban but I would warn him first since the console does "it's thing" and if he stops, then no big deal after that he knows not to do it.

Toxins - Would i unban him because he said sorry? Hell no. You yourself said - It's been said to the point of spam. That means people should know not to do it.
People in other clans should damn well know that recruiting on other peoples servers is a big no-no. It's kind of an unwritten rule that is universally applied IMO.
Recruiting is second only to hacking on the list of things that piss me off.
And to Houston's post about making him a mod - LMFAO! That shit was funny.
I don't remember this guy at all, but if he was banned by me it was for good reason.

i would say do not unban him. If he wants to play on our server that bad he can get another key code.
I would disagree that "this kind" of player is worse than a lot of the ones we have on our server currently. We get campers and spawncampers on our server. This guy is obviously involved in the game to the point of being in clans. We want those people on our server rather than the people who have less respect for the people who play regularly.
