I don't see why we can't just get the ok from their parents if we want to send them a game. It's not like we are forcing anything upon somebody. If they say ok, then it is ok. If they turn around when they see the game and give us shit, it's their own damn fault for being irresponsible adults and not knowing wtf Black Ops is. I mean if you say, "we need your consent to give this game to the kid" and they just say "sure ok" without knowing wtf it is, there has been a serious instance of neglect or apathy there.
Secondly, we are only mailing these kids copies of blackops, if their parents see it, all they have to do is take it away or not let them have it. They will have to sign for it anyway right? Seriously, a parent that tries to take legal action due to us sending them an M game in the mail shouldn't have a kid in the first place.
And to bypass any of this trouble, mail the game to the parent. End of story. No legal action possible. What is anyone gonna get charged with? Sending 18+ material to a legal adult with intent of the package reaching a younger audience? Cman.
