Yes it is a joke, no they are not real. I am an aircraft mechanic, there are no "chemtrail" systems hidden on aircraft.

I agree, there are not systems on the aircraft that do it, it's in the jet fuel that is used..., that would be too obvious.
No, not their either. That is ridiculously impractical and it would reduce efficiency and possibly damage the engines as well. Contrails are roughly 95% water, so they are essentially artificial clouds.
