1. Activities in the shout wouldn't affect the haxer leaving or staying.
2. Activities in the shout wouldn't make the haxer turn his hax off.

You do realize that reporting hackers in shout has been the krew guideline for a very long time and almost everyone does it for a good reason.
Secondly, the only reason why you think that people should report hackers in-game is because you don't want to get up, go downstairs, turn on a computer, and open CoD4. That was the only reason you gave. Your opinion is amongst many and the majority wins. Thats how democracy works and thats how the Krew has always worked. Majority says that you should report hackers in shout, so thats what everyone should do, even though you might not agree.
If you want to compromise, then the proper way to report hackers would be "mod already here, but XXX is hacking" in shoutbox.
