I think damage probably has been in contact with Joe, and probably told him about the unban either before or when it happened. I am not sure, though. Since he was banned from the site, he would have had to check every day to see if he was still banned for him to get the exact day of his unbanning correct.

whoops, i completely neglected to read blus post.
i have not been checking everyday. i didnt check at all actually, the only time i went on here while banned was that 1 night when wally let me stay on here for like a few hours just chatting to everyone. that was a few months ago too. damage told me i was unbanned and 1 day later is when i logged back on.
funny how the way you talk to people who YOU think hacks, who actualluy doesn't, sounds really rudee..

I don't think we need to get back into the case of joe hacking or not. It's over. He's back. Not gonna change. We should all extend him the same courtesy as any other forum member. As you can see above, any suspicions greg had concerning what he said turned out to be over nothing, but we all make mistakes, and it is better to be suspicious than to be apathetic.
If he wants proof that we do not hack, he should use the /record command in all the games he plays us in, and record the entire game that way. The file size is about 1 MB per 15 minutes. If during one of these games, he is positive that we are hacking, he should complete the match, and then send the demo recorded in game to pbbans. They are much better than any of us at determining whether someone is hacking or not. They will tell him, "nope. no hacks," and that will be the answer for that game. Every time he is suspicious he can do this. If he records a game and he isn't at all suspicious he can just delete it. Hopefully after enough times, he will be confident enough that we do not hack. This goes for anyone who is suspicious of me or joe momma, as the question of our hacking is formally answered (NO WE DONT).
It is a good thing that pwnsauce is so suspicious, even though it really pisses me off when it is directed at me. He is just doing his job as a moderator. If you look at the staff bans section, you will see that he is very active as a moderator and takes his position seriously.
This is not the place to discuss details of any suspicions that anyone may have. This is the Joe Momma is back post. Aside from the fact that the joe momma case is closed, there is already a place in which to discuss this. Doing so here will be inappropriate. If anyone believes that a member is cheating, the proper course of action for them to take is to notify an admin (WaLLy, AVC, DamageINC, Pugsport) of their suspicion in detail. Investigations will be conducted if they think it is a legitimate suspicion.
Having said this, whether it is a breach of my responsibilities and privileges or not, I will personally remove any posts on this thread that contain accusations that joe momma hacks or any argument about his previous ban from our site and servers. Posting about those subjects here is simply inappropriate. If posts of that nature have any legitimate relevance to our krew, I will try and move them to the correct place on the forum.
Cent0, if you wish to discuss the subject of whether you hack or not, then make a thread. Those of you who are suspicious of cent0, notify an admin, like I said.

MMM good point Dude but forums related things as stated above are under AVCs Jurisditiction not our own. Sure we can remove posts at a time of need but thats a rarit and should be treated as such. ANyways if hes interested in getting back in the krew...Look at our guidelines and stay active and we will see if u will be recruited once again.
you are very correct. AVC is the forum admin as well as the member admin. He is also australian. I will be sure to send him copies of any posts that I feel were so inappropriate that I had to remove them from this thread, and only this thread. I am not at all in the habit of remove posts, and I don't plan to get into it. I probably won't have to remove any posts any way. I understand your concern, and I would fully support you bringing it up with AVC if you think it is too much of a problem. Can we stop being so gloomy?

hmm odd never knew emotions could be percieved so easily from text, but if u think im gloomy ur mistakened lol. Sure i have my own personal opinions on the matter but they are my own. Also as to Houstons point.....I dont think anyone said he didnt hack hes being given another chance also he was never a mod. But if he is interested in re-joining like Dustin was we shall see how that turns out.

I gave him a 5-month ban. After that, it was time to give the little sucker a 2nd chance. Obviously, the next one we won't be so forgiving.
We don't have to prove anything to anyone if they hack. As long as the majority of the staff sees the person do it, then that's all it matters (only applies to members).

There are places to talk about this kind of stuff. Instead of giving joe a warm welcome, you guys have turned his happy little thread into a bitch fight about whether he was hacking or not. Like I said in my previous posts, he is unbanned now, and that's the end of it. I am moving all of these messages to a proper thread. Please argue about joe where no one else who is expecting a friendly thread has to read it. I will make 1 post on that thread and that is it.

any questions? thats basically my point of view on everything. and no im not angry at any of you, i can understand thinking a old hacker returning to here is a bad idea. but that "incident/debate" was over 5 months ago. if you still think im hacking check me out ingame, i SUCK now compared to anyone. 3-4 months of no cod has made me very very rusty.
p.s. i got a new 22in lcd ;D yaaaayyyy (enjoy your bowl of random good sirs)
