My first pick is action. Firstly the James Bond series, as many of the stunts are done "for real". Not a lot of CGI. CGI stunts are lame.
Arnie, Stallone, The Rock. I love 'em.

I also am partial to the older war movies (WW2). Funnily enough, my fave movie of all time is Kelly's Heroes
