England vs Germany Game Lampards Goal "NOT"

Well I was watching the game it was 2-1 for Germany and Frank Lampard took the shot from about 30 meters and it definitely went to the goal. Referee didn't call the goal . Do you think they should start "Line Technology" in soccer.

After Seeing the US have three goals disallowed because of terrible refs, and England getting screwed they deff need replays and harsher punishments for the refs.

England should have won.
Plus, they need some better refs.
South Korea VS Uraguay.
South Korea should have gotten like 3 penalty kicks, yet they didn't get any.

Im very upset with this World Cup it is like 2002 when Korea payed refs >:(

i know the refs mucked up i mean c'mon it was rigged like in germany vs australia germany made a handball in the box, and it should have been a penalty for australia but no it was the refs decision
