Somewhat. Pretty easy to upgrade in the beginning. After you upgrade levels (town hall), each upgrade is longer and longer (days).

Well you dont really need to buy anythig there. The buildings which take longer to construct also take more resources so while you are collecting the resources for the next level the previous upgrade gets done

ive been playing several games - like Sargass WoW(currently rping a worgen druid that i started recently) - playing some skyrim a bit but mostly thinking of how to have a Druid work in it i think i have it figured out though. Also playing Civ 6 mostly as the mod civ Iceni...with a focus on the forests like a Druid
