Green Tea is very beneficial. You can also get 2 liter bottles of it cold.

Very good for you, assuming you don't load it w/ sugar and milk.

I'm not sure we want to find 'paradise' in Muslim countries. :p

I drink a ton of tea. Cold , i use Tetleys black tea in my tea maker. If i buy cold, the best I've ever found is Tea Java from Trader Joes. That stuff is like black gold.

Hot i use Thai spice, something like that. It's good.

You can just dump the tea leaves in the hot water.
Leave them in. You can re-use them a few times.

When I was in china, peeps would just have a nalgene bottle with a bunch of leaves in it, and they refill it all day.

It's naturally lower in caffeine isn't it? And has MUCH more antioxidants.

My girlfriend offered me some the other day.. it kinda tastes like hot water. (You have it without milk right?)
