How to make cool symbols!

Ok so some people are asking me how to make these weird symbols like this: ¬ or letters like: ÇÆ well all you got to do is hold down alt and while you do that press any 3 numbers but not at the top of your key board they other ones and this is a video to find out what the numbers are but you have to have windows 7 I don't know about Mac though. Amd you can also use it on COD4 as your name, Facebook, youtube, etc.

Commonly used by hackers to prevent someone easily banning them by name as the name is a prick to reproduce.
But we ban by ID number so it's irrelevant.
