I'm assuming the ban was for some sort of hack, solely because prior to being kicked/banned (About 4 kills earlier) I think it was AVC that said "hmmmm" just after I killed him (I may be wrong). All I can say is, Ive played on your server loads of times and I dont hack. There is an Australian Gun Game server (Which I get much better ping on) But I cant stand the 100 health, I prefer the HC style 30 health. If there was any particular kill that gave off the impression of something out of the ordinary, describe the scenario (or show a demo if acquired) and I would be able to justify it. 9 times out of 10, it is due to sound. When the server is near empty (as it was) there isnt much shooting going on and everyone tries to be quiet, so when they do a quick two step and forget to crouch, I hear, turn and wait for them. I don't know what to put in this part of the appeal, but yeah, I would like to be unbanned.

I made the ban. And I made the ban for a wallhack.

The first round of the game on Pipeline, I suspected a wallhack, but was unable to spec very much. Second round HIBred was speccing and sent me a text saying he thought you were hacking. He described a kill where Andy spawned behind a wall, crouched, and you waited scoped in for him to come through the passageway.
Next round I specced, and recorded a lengthy demo. Any time the 2 would camp you'd lay in wait at the entrances/exits to where they were camping. The kill that made me pull the trigger was the very last kill where HIBred had been camping behind 2 dumpsters, he remained crouched, and you turned nearly 90 degrees scoped in and pegged him the moment he came into view. Once the ban was made Andy said he suspected the wall hack as well.

I do not remember the kill against Andy who spawned behind a wall, so I cant say anything in my defence for that one.
For all of that map (Strike) whenever I waited at the exit (For example when I was on the trash can in the corner of the exit to the courtyard) I got 4 kills in quick succession. The first 2, were in the sniping building overlooking the courtyard, one player followed the other, I heard the first one, and the second one I saw briefly as I was looking over the wall down the long road that runs parallel to that building (Not the main road). After this, I was looking down that road and back up to the courtyard, since the others knew where I was, they would come for me (Usually do this, but especially if I have a gun I dont particularly like) both of the following kills were made as I looked from one way to the other, covering my back.

As for the last kill against HIBred, I heard footsteps and swung around and got a lucky shot. As you saw, I scoped into him so it wasnt like a no scope or anything, when I say lucky, I mean it was a quick turn, scope and shoot and I was surprised that I managed to kill him. Would it be possible for me to view the demo? (Provided it has sound) as I can justify each kill I make.

While I appreciate you being courteous,I will support Paige in this,and I may be wrong but somethings are just impossible to pull off like the kill where AVC was coming from the outside through the passageway there is no see through point(i had my sound high as well) And you scoped and waited for him to come into view(in crouch as he was, i doubt the sound thing here) Paige is a great Mod and she does have recording, so I would be happy to be proven wrong. So I'm sure it will be reviewed by the admins (of whom AVC is one) and a decision will be reached.Again I support Boo and think it is a righteous ban. Yes I admit I have suspected you before but never specced you,this time i grabbed my dinner and sat and watched the whole match.With that said,I hope you can prove me wrong...

What she said. I suspected WH, as every time I camped or spawned, you would be covering the choke points. I was nearly always crouched, so I could sound whore.

I still have no idea about this kill (Dont remember) but I can see how that would seem sus.

Was the in game recorder used? '/record'

And also, Id be more then willing for one of your admins to teamviewer me, or work out some way for you to spec me through what I see on my screen, and not just the spectator cam. I understand and know the decision to ban me was a team effort and that it wasnt done lightly, Im an admin within my clan aswell, and I am grateful that a demo was recorded, as we also gather evidence before pulling the trigger. Again, I would appreciate if I could view the demo also.

lol. Ohhhh, ok I think I know which one you are talking about. Was I crouched on the scaffolding at the time? If it was the one where I was on the scaffolding, and leant to scope through the archway, when he spawned he must have taken a step or two forward before crouching (Im afraid I cant fully remember exactly what happened), and I scoped and waited. I see where that wouldve seemed sus, but in that particular kill I was scoped on that exit for a while waiting for him to crouch walk out.

Well I can't find the Demo. The problem I had with the laptop is happening with my PC as well. And I can't find the demo for the life of me. I was sound whoring as well, and didn't hear anything especially on HIbred's last death. But 11eyes has seemed to be a genuine person. There's a possibility that the 3 of us were wrong.

Well, I was mainly playing. I left it to boo to spec, as I knew she was when she went aft. Without the demo, it may be a hard call.
Due to my screwed mobo I was on the laptop, so I had no phones, so I can't be definite on the sound whoring

today he (11eyes) ""heard"" me crouching through 2 walls and 10 meters with 15 or 17 ppl on on s1... after that kill I was speccing him for a bit and was getting more and more sure about WH but he lost connection...

Ok, so ever since yesterday (When I started getting connection issues) my computer freezes on anything but safe mode, and I cant even load cod (iw3mp.exe stuffs up to the point where it wont load the game) However, I did upload my most recent recording, I appologize if it isnt one of the games I played on your server, but due to the upload rate, I think it is.

I have played against this guy I don't believe he hacks. I do think he is an exceptional sound whore though which probably attributes to the camper kills. Although I cant be sure
