Actually it's called civil war everywhere. The Civil War refers to the American Civil War, because apparently our civil war was the most important.... (sarcasm)


Just like civil disputes. Just like civil court.

It takes a quite bit more than several college classes to "know" the civil war. It's a huge thing. It affected sooo many people and there is soo much to study about it.

It takes a little studying to understand the basics about the war. That's all I know about. I know there is a shit ton more I could know that I don't.


People devote their entire lives to studying, writing about, and teaching about the civil war.
