To simplify:
Go to the video...
Download the file from mediafire
Extract all files to -
Call of Duty 4/PB
Inside your main call of duty 4 folder (this is the folder that has everything related to CoD4 in it) make a folder called "PB." In it, place all the contents of the file linked in the video. Do nothing else.
