CS:GO Matchmaking?

So does anyone here play the Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Competitive Matchmaking?
It would be nice to get together and play with some decent people for once.
Unfortunate as I am, I keep getting matched up with people who don't have mics/don't speak English -.-

I'm okay with playing on NA servers. I did last night. Ping of 160. Wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.
