I was under the impression from my time on the server and as a moderator that the definition of spawncamping is this:
Camping at, in, or near a spawn in a way that tricks the server into spawning people in front of you, and then killing those people as they spawn, effectively preventing people from being able to spawn on the server (at least at that spot), whilst racking up points and fudging up the spawn system.
It has been my belief that this is the common definition of spawncamping.
I was not under the impression that "spawncamping" referred to spending a lengthier period of time sitting in a spawn location.
If it is the second definition I posted, then the rule is asking people to evacuate and stay clear of spawn areas during gameplay.
Could be rules have changed since I was a moderator. Someone please clarify?
