Caves and Mines....

What is the rule on that? I ask because I've been mining into caves that people have already been in and mining up the coal and iron.

IMO, if it's not claimed and not in a chest, then it's yours.

If people build it, no touchy. If they happened to collect something and not other things, touch away.

If it's a mine that has left over stuff, go for it. Most likely the person left it. I've created a few, big branch mines that i no longer need.
