Went skiing near Innsbruck. Couldn't see my own skis at times because damn clouds were right on that altitude, lol (iPhone shot through a window, can barely stand my huge Nikon while skiing, sorry)

Nice pictures. Do Russians have the same freedom in Austria as EU citizens, with no limitations whatsoever?

What kind of freedoms?
All regular freedoms like right to life, freedom from torture / slavery, freedom of speech / movement - yes (movement in all Schengen Area countries, if I have the visa, of course).
Political rights like voting for president - obviously, no.
Some provisions of tax law are different (at the airport we can get VAT back).
There is some difference in case of right to work for EU citizens, I beive.
All these freedoms and rights are a long story :p

The schengen area thing. Are people outside of the eu allowed to travel inside it freely without a visa and/or passport? Going to America, Canadians only need their passport, and that's the case towards most of europe for us as well. So it seems there are stricter requirements for you. That's all I'm really asking.

Oh :p
We do need to obtain a visa but that doesn't take too long / cost much ($25 or so) and I don't think any of my friends ever had problems with getting it. The visa is just a sticker in the passport. Then we are free to go anywhere in the schengen area while the visa is valid.
It's a bit different with US-Canada tho. I have a 3 year US visa but those Canadian bitches wouldn't let me cross the bridge by Niagara Falls to take a picture XD
