Well not necessarily. To be recruited, you've got to follow these guidelines.
Being in server all the time is nice, but not required. We'd rather have a friendly person than someone who is always playing as hard as they can to try to win!

I'm glad you say that because it is a do as I understood.
By cons I'm a little ENTRAPPED because I do not know why (well yes a little bit) I n not play elsewhere and I did not stop to have a look at the site and even more since I my new phone.
