I need to find a good but Cheap mother board price ranging $120 below? i need to finish my desktop but i dont know what motherboard to get thats good but a price thats at my range.

Could you explain what "Sockets are" im guessing how it fits in the case? or am i wrong.

It means they don't currently sell the Board you need to fit your current processor. Your PC looks pretty outdated. I'd just save up for parts and build a new one.

well i wasnt going to keep that processor. especially since its old. i was thinking on getting a i3 processor.

The processor will often have LGA1155 or something similar in the name, if not look at the specs it'll say.
