Wiring 20 InfaRed LED's

Infared LED Spotlight Project

I recently purchased 50 infared LED's to "boost" the power of the IR of my friends house cameras.
In Australia, A typical walloutlet pumps out 240v of power.
Out of the 50 LED's, I will be only using 20 in either series or parallel
Here are the specs for each LED

If someone could possibly help me out, that would be amazing

In my little experience with LEDs you should order resistors aswell(unless they come with them). I'm not exactly sure which resistors you would need but without the right ones, LEDs will go on for .5 seconds before burning out.
