There seem to be a lot of "hypothetical" points here.
Essentially, we're not big on rules here (the forums). Or the servers really. We like to think that peeps can use their own common sense.
There are certain rules of course. Like trash talk for instance. So, hypothetically, if one member was stirring up another member and then that member started bitching and swearing, then technically they would both be in the wrong. Hypothetically of course.
If you have specific concerns, you should PM a mod/admin. In this case it would be Cave, he is the Member Admin, or myself as the Forum Admin. You can of course take your specific concern to any of the admins.
