The educational system is poor in this country, to say the least. Teachers are woefully underpaid, sometimes undereducated and have to deal with giant class sizes, moronic parents, moronic rules and policies they have no choice but to follow , outdated curriculums dictated to them, etc etc etc. It's just a losing battle.
