How do I install skins???

Hey y'all! I have just learned that you can put skins in most pc games (cod4 included) and I have found teh most epic deagle skin ever!!
But I also found an awesome pair of gloves and I dont know how to install them! I cant find any tutorials on how to install clothing, so does anyone know how? (im on mac if it matters)
