Fire fast with bolt snipers, no double tap

Hey i'm new to this game, but i figured something out.
With any bolt sniper you can cancel the bolt actio, meaning you can fire almost as soon as the action starts.
I have weapon change set to mouse wheel down.
So fire, then right as you see your man reach for that bolt, change weapons twice, (with wheel) and you can fire directly afterwards. Thats it. enjoy! dont own me with this plzzzzzzzzz.

Timing is easier done by waiting for the sound of the animation. After being able to more consistently pull this off, I noticed that it is at its fastest, a little faster than double tap.

This concept is nothing but reload canceling cept ur just using it to skip the bolt animation but im curious it might be better to just use double tap. ima do some tests.

*update* after trying out both methods i determined that TheDudes method is a bit hard too pull off especially in combat not to mention it seems faster by just firing normally than going through skipping. Double tap also the effect is a simpler but it only increase the speed by a bit.

Snipers are indispensable tactical tools. In an age where pitched battles are practically non existent and guerrilla warfare is the norm, snipers can decisively turn the tide of combat. If you're just talking about guts here, yes the regular grunts certainly are more obviously brave, but snipers require a lot of skill. Only a foolish leader however, would over look their strategic value and toss them into the waste basket just for some more gutsy soldiers. Despite their bravery, the grunts have to have proper support. (And I'm willing to bet some of them would be willing to tell you that themselves)

In real life snipers save a lot of lives. before and grunts even go to the battle field, snipers have already mapped everything out from where bunkers are and where any buildings or tents are. They are also the ones that tell u weather there is a unit there or an entire battalion. Snipers are not only used to shoot people from long distance. You would be surprised about how much intel comes from snipers. And to say that they are pussies is highly wrong. Most snipers have already been the grunt and have shown that they have what it takes to become snipers. They are out on there own. They do not have hundreds of guys to back them up when they get caught. They dont always have a commander to tell them what they should do. Snipers are trained to live on there own for days and sometimes weeks without having a convoy that will come resupply them. So I really believe they have more guts and more honor then any other soldier (minus spec ops).

Its effective, get good at it first. If it becomes easy for you to do, you can get shots off faster, still have slieght of hand.

Lol trust me its not hard its even easier to use a key to do the switching but trying the technique it wouldnt work to well. But if u wanna use it thats ur problem... i mean choice.

Snipers are extremely useful. I actually watched a documentry about a sniper that got dropped off on the roof of a building where it was 4 of us (5 including that sniper) against a huge number of Iraqi's.

They were losing and the Iraqi's were getting extremely close and after about 4 clips of ammo from the sniper, he had pushed them back about a quarter klick.

PFFT. I wanna know what the dumbass grunts are going to do without
(a) any supplies (ammo, food)
(b) any support (medical, engineering, artillery, air, etc)
(c) and most importantly, any direction from the HQ
(all of which is located in the BMA).

Well, actually they would just run around and be cannon fodder. And maybe lift heavy things. Which is pretty much what they do now. The infantry just distract the enemy while the actual Army fights.
