Thread Ignore button

So after a couple of members along with myself stated frustration over some threads that annoy them, i thought i would look and see if there was a thread ignore button or something like that. I found this and idk if it works or if its a pain in the ass to implement. If it is then don't worry about it but i thought it looked kinda cool. http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=127487
maybe some ppl would have suggestions on this topic being a good idea or a bad one.
 
That plugin is made for vB3. We run vB4. I'll try to find one later tonight. The quick search I did just now didn't return anything though.
 
Oh the irony......I'll make place this thread on my ignore list XD

Edit: I don't believe this would be a good idea in some cases though. All of the possible approaches should be considered
 
The forum plugin was added, yet it didn't work. Gary can vouch. Sorry folks. :\
 
Thanks for trying wally...i fkn hate those threads..all the important stuff gets pushed out,votes go unnoticed just let them die ferchrissakes ..one or two maybe but half the box is the same spam bs..:banghead:
 
can somebody lock some of those game thread then? at least I hate, I love, and Last comment wins..

u hit the nail on the head with the hammer, this siriously starts to damage our infrastructure.
