S3 Plant Time

Would like to change the bomb plant time to 5 seconds, as it's pretty long right now.

I believe it's around 7.5 seconds right now. Maybe higher.

There's no reason to spend 10 seconds planting wtf.

The Defuse is 7.5 and shouldn't be changed

Thought it was 6.5 defuse? Which is awesomez.

And it kinda needs to be fast since they can't survive shots through the wall easily.
