Hey guys, I recently got a new computer and I had to rebuy cod4. So i bought it from steam and I had started to play it when it asked me for a key code. I know what it is, as I had one for my old mac edition, however I wasn't given one for the one off steam.

Help pls? What should I do?
 
Sooo... when you bought CoD4 again via steam they didn't give you a key code?
 
Strange it should have popped up upon first install...
click view in steam library mode>>>click games list>>click on cod4>>right click after highlighted>>
click view cd key...done
 
If what Bred said does not work then contact Steam support. Unlike most customer support *ehem, Microsoft's Xbox Live Support* Steam actually cares about it's customers and they've gotten back my account from hackers countless times lol.
 
Thanks for the help but for no apparent reason it said "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare has change since the last time you ran it. All of the setting will be set to maximum level. Okay?"
Now it works...WITH ME DOING NOTHING!

How do I uninstall my mind, I have been meaning to do a reformat anyway, have some corrupted files up there...
