Jelly bean/Tablet help

My Tablet just recently upgraded to Jelly bean 4.1.1. For the most part i like it a lot and it's definitely smoother than ICS, but i have two issues.

Since I'm left handed, whenever i scroll web pages i use my thumb and go down the left side of the tablet. Since the upgrade, doing that causes the web page to zoom in and back out. I can see this being a handy feature if you're not left handed, but for me, it sucks. Is there any way to disable this?

Second, whenever i quit something it goes right back to my home screen instead of back to the screen i was on. I have two active pages/screens atm. One for all my apps, one for the big weather/time widget, youtube thing and Yahoo news widget. Anyway to prevent it going automatically back to the home screen?

Thanks!

Idk about number 1, but for 2: from what I have seen, you have to use the home button to save the app's current state and then use the recent apps screen in order to get it back the way you left it. I have only had it go back to previous apps if I open a new app with one already up.

I am meaning the home screen, not an app.

On my tablet you pick however many screens/pages you want, then put w/e you want on them. They are mini desktops. You then scroll side to side through the screens to get to the screen you want . One screen is set as the 'home screen'. Before when i quit an app, say Kindle, it would go back to the screen/page i was on when i started Kindle. Now it defaults back to the 'home screen'

Maybe i misunderstood what you meant?

Oooh I get it. Sorry I guess I misunderstood.

That is really weird o_O I keep 3 homescreens, with the middle as the default, and it goes back to whichever screen I was on before. What launcher does it have?

For the scrolling thing I think it maybe possible that you triggered the motion zooming. You should be able to disable it under settings. Since I don't own that tablet I can't give you exact directions into settings but it should be there. For the home issue are you pressing the "Home button" Or the "Back" Button?

It's usually the back button or home button , i think. It doesn't do it all the time and not really a big issue.

The automatic zooming though is really annoying me. It happens when you scroll up/down on the very edges of each side of a webpage. I've Googled and tried every setting, nothing seems to work. It only started happening after the upgrade to jelly bean.

Seems to be a setting with Dolphin browser. I tested out Chrome and it doesn't have the issue. I'll stick with Chrome and see how i like it.

Thanks for the suggestions XD
