how would not doing anythign about them sounds until they interfere with our guest ratings for instance i think it was pooploops that was doing it so bad we had people even leaivng the server cus of him if it gets that bad should mods have teh right to give fair warnings and a nice kick ?

thats where it gets hard zack as they maybe making people leave but there is no rule to say not to spawn camp. so really theres not alot we can say or do.
but yes it dose wind me up when they do it so much that people start leave the server and what makes it worse is we dont have the people to lose over this but like has been said before its etheir one way or the other

My idea. Set up a console message, say , every three minutes. No Spawn Camping!
Then the pussy bitches will just camp somewhere. At least peeps can spawn then. We don't even have to enforce it. For extreme cases where there are lots of complaints and admin can warn from the console, or for that matter any KKK can tell them they'll get kicked. The threat should be enough.

we should be able to if there affecting the flow of people coming into our servers ill admit it i spawn camp but i end up moving around more then sitting there raping people its when its two or three guys that do nothign but spawn kill that makes people get outrage and they start spamming the chat and leaving
This may get long. Though there is no rule saying saying you can't spawn camp it should not be encouraged nor should people abuse that fact. Kind of like an unwritten rule like "Never open the fridge in a house that you visit for the first time" or " Never take a dump in a girls house". There is no sign posted in the house but common sense tells you not to do it. When forum members say on the chat "It's allowed", etc. these comments only encourage the stupidity of spawn camping and anger the more serious players, which in some cases leave. I know sometimes we want to get a few kills or need headshots but to spend a whole game spawn camping seems abusive of this unwritten rule. I know mods are not present in every game but if people are relentlessly spawn camping and a mod is present perhaps a verbal warning to not be abusive or a kick to the asshole that continues his relentless spawn camp. Also, I know we all want a good uninterrupted game so why not take turns with who will be the one to enforce rules? Example: Fred, Barney, Dino and Wilma are Mods in a game. Fred says he will be the enforcer for this round so the others can enjoy the game. Next game is Barney's turn, you get the idea. That way that 1 mod will go after hax or smack an abusive spawn camper if needed. Guys like MeenerTim, (COG) Master, Obamahealthcare etc. (all hardcore spawncampers) really do ruin the game IMO. For games with no mods it is what it is, perhaps an occasional message regarding spawn camping along with the rest of the rules/perks etc. After a while people will get the idea.

Not all people are like me but it goes to show it does have an impact in reducing what is not wanted, in this case, spawn camping. Just my opinion.

hmm my opinion on it is that in certain cases it can get a lil redicolous i think that a possible warning or even a general anti camp message may ward off at least a few hardcore campers. But i have no say in the final decision and ill be fine whatever u may choose lol cause i dont camp haha.
I actually like your idea. Makes sense and I never even thought about giving that explanation when people ask if spawn camping is allowed.
Yeah Code you do have some very good points. I myself hate spawn campers with a passion also. It does piss alot of people of and kinda ruins the game for alot of them. Mainly cuz they're spamming the chat box telling them to quit and admin to kick them. I really don't have too much of a problem with players just camping, but not spawn camping. I know Wally wants to keep the rules to a minimum and I feel the same way about that. However I found out with Zack earlier that if you spect them and keep yelling out they're locations they finally get tired of it and either play or leave.
Only problem with that of course is the only thing you're doing is specting and not even playing the game. Code's idea of maybe rotating mods with rounds I think is a good idea, but it'll only work with the mods that want to do that instead of play. I wouldn't mind helping out with it though. I'm not really sure what the rule should be if we decide to enforce one, but IMO it should include "no excessive spawn camping" meaning all game or round after round. I know with all the input from you guys we'll come up with someone we can all agree on.

Say someone is spawn camping.. Same guy for a few games now. He's asked to stop several times because we are getting tons of complaints. He's a hardcore, always spawn kills kind of player. Why not just kick (not ban) and when he comes back say, Oops, sorry. lmao
