Finally got a better PC

After having this horrid laptop of mine for the last 3-4 years, I've finally gotten a better PC. Not the greatest but it's pretty good for only 150 (getting it from my friend). I'll finally be able to come on more often and actually play some rounds....for fucking once lol.

From what I know or can see for the moment

AMD Athlon X2 logo
ATI Radeon HD 6670
4GB DDR3 RAM
300W System
And obviously it's a 64-bit

So far I know it can do BF3 on Medium so it's going to keep me happy for quite some time.


I'm going to change the RAM later, but this computer, though it's a 2.6GHz Dual-Core, runs really fast. It can easily run many games that I play so that's what made it worth it.

I'm going to this from my laptop.

AMD Turion x2 64-bit
ATI Radeon HD 3200
4GB DDR2 RAM

Nice you basically got the whole computer for what the GFX card is worth minus 50 bucks. I have to upgrade my comp I spent 1000 on 3 years ago.

YEAH so it was definitely worth it for me! It's a brand new card, the speed is really good (considering the 2.2GHz laptop is a MOBILE processor it was definitely fucking slower), AND I found compatible processors so now I could change it to a quad-core...for only a few good bucks. This...is why I bought this computer

Yeah once it's a quad-core, I know I have to throw more money in there for other parts too, I'll be doing much better off. Just having the Radeon 6670 makes me dead happy. It's a 1GB video card, that's pretty much double to triple of what I already have.
