Today, August 4th, 2012 - First Full Successful day of Populated Server 1

Today seems to be the first day since we got our servers all worked out that I see a really substantial amount of newcomers and non-forum members playing on the server. With population of server 1 running over 10 people for the majority of today, I'd like to take this time to congratulate and thank everyone who helped make it possible today. Let's not get ahead of ourselves.... tomorrow, we'll need to put in the same amount of work if we really want to keep this going.


But still.......

I think that it really depends. It's always good to see some members with tags on the server at all times, making it obvious we watch our server and deterring rule breakers. However, if members with tags pwn everyone and get tops scores consistently, people might wish to leave. Also, if 6 people are on total, 4 of them wearing tags may be a little over-bearing.

Just use your own judgement.

One think i think would help is watching our chat.

I see a lot of kids in there cursing non stop and insulting people. I know I'm bad at that as well, but i made and effort today and will keep making one to keep that in check.

Well, anyway this is a congrats thread. Tomorrow we'll work on keeping the server going. If we can keep it going through the night, we should be better set for tomorrow night... just saying.


This really was a krew wide effort, and it's really nice to see us all taking part in stuff like this. Thanks people.
