Summary: I followed the steps here: http://www.pcworld.com/article/248995/how_to_install_windows_7_without_the_disc.html, but I still do not know how to boot from the flash drive from the BIOS menu. I have the four options to boot from: HDD, Floppy disk, CD/DVD, or Local Network..should there be another for external drive?

I already checked the USB flash drive and I can easily install windows from it, but it does me no good if I have a new motherboard in and I cannot boot with the current W7.

What is your PC name and model? You'll probably have to turn on the USB option.

edit:
And like I said before, do you have a blank DVD and is your PC capable of burning DVD's?

and I don't know if I have a blank DVD, but I have a drive and pretty sure I can burn disks.
