[SOLVED] Mistake in banning hacker

Alright,
So it was approx 4:30 (i live in france btw) and its july 10, my guid is 8589c35b911447660877baea22a3e653.
I was playing with Mikkek and Kreubs on Broad FFA NY when there was 2 hackers playin and when Kreubs kicked one of them ( Edson F i believe), he mistyped somethin and i got perma banned aswell ! Talked in the shoutbox shortly afterwards and explained it to me so i hope everything will be worked out pretty soon !
