OK, so has anyone seen this film and what are their thoughts on it. I went to see it today with Mrs Animal, and we both thoroughly enjoyed it. The trick is to take it as it's meant, as a sort of tongue-in-cheek tribute to the bands and the music of 1987 (a bloody good year btw). Tom Cruise does a bloody good job with his vocal duties, although not as strong as a real singer, he has a decent set of pipes on him.
If you love 80's rock/hair metal, go see it. It's fun.
