Sniper Only on FFA Broadcast?

Hey KKK Folks!

I've been playing on your FFA Broadcast server for a little while now and have been enjoying it immensely! Thanks for providing such a fun place to game! :-D Over the past few of weeks I've been occasionally running into a scenario where a number of players (not KKK members) are on the server playing sniper only and, well, I don't play a sniper class as it doesn't suit my gaming style. I have been told to leave by the players on the server if I'm not going to play sniper class. I was wondering if you folks have a policy on this? Thanks!!

The rules are simple: All weapons and perks allowed!

So, even if a few people are using bolts only, it is fine for you or others to use another weapon.
I'm glad you are enjoying the server! Hopefully we can repopulate it soon since we have switched/gotten new servers a a countless number of times recently. Oh, and if you run into the scenario again, you can let them know that we are getting a sniper only server

Well "All Weapons & perks allowed" That's one of our main rules. So don't care if they rage on you for not sniping. We don't have a voting opportunity on our servers so what are they gonna do?

I routinely tell people on our servers that they are not allowed to enforce rules that are not our server rules. I have even seen members ask to have people who aren't sniping (in the scenarios you detailed above) kicked. Do not worry, these members are not moderators, and they will not be moderators for just that reason. You may do anything you want as long as it doesn't break server rules. If a moderator kicks you for something other than a server rule, please report that moderator to any admin (red colored person) on this site. If you can provide documentation, that is even better.
