Long story short. The GSP (games service providers) screwed us, so at the moment all the servers are in Dallas. Good if you're in the USA but my ping is around 280, which is on the unplayable side. With you being in Tassie, your ping would be about a thousand.
So we have one Aussie server, and a Los Angeles one.
