More bad news - Another GSP problem

Hey folks,

I have more bad news. My GSP is having issues with the Arizona location and will be shutting them down. Now, they have given me the option to have all servers in Chicago but with all the lag in Chicago, I have gone ahead and canceled all servers (I sent them an eMail just 5 minutes ago). I have found another GSP and will be placing an order with them just as soon as I could get most of the money back for the bunk servers.

I'm truly sorry things didn't work out as planned but I hope this would be the last move for a while. I also appreciate your understanding and patience.

As soon as I have more information, I will update this thread. Thank you.

I have since gotten a new GSP and our new S1 is currently up and running with no lag. :veryhappy:

Some times my friends organise one and everyone brings laptops ahaha its soo fun :D
We play age of empires or minecraft with like 10 people and some others play cod on the tv

That sucks their all down but we do need something reliable, and there are plenty of other servers to play on at the moment, no worries Wally just get them going when you can! ;)

But actually me and my family always play CSS on lan. :D


OT: Like predator said, hope the lag issues are solved...

I go to LAN parties pretty often.

It's nice that you're putting down so much work into this Wally. I'd rather wait a few days, maybe a week to get good servers than play on shitlaggy servers.

I will be waiting patiently.

I'm going to look into hosting a krew server here from my office. Even if it is just 1 or 2 servers it will be up 24/7 and it won't lag.

Wow, a run of back luck huh. Well hopefully the next servers we get will be less laggy and more dependable. Hey, at least we didn't get them populated again and then this happen! Bright side of everything I suppose if you look for it.. ;)
