Wear layers, move around a lot, and stay low. If you stay still behind cover the entire time, you will be the last man standing and get pwned. Move between cover areas, making sure you do not waste all of your ammo for "cover fire".

Yeah your right about that, I use to be a teen too and remember that lol, and also I guess these kinds of things mean more to you when your younger...
 
Actually paintball is pretty much a sport now theres are tones of paintball teams around the world that play against each other. You can actually make an income by playing and being good http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Professional_Paintball_League
btw alot of adults play paintball, my friend who own the gym at where I work out he brings hes college fitness class to play outdoor paintball once per semester its also great cardio. And pony you should wear a ball cap since most mask dont cover the head area just in case you get one in the head.

And yeah, wear as much as you can handle. Unless you like bruises.

If you can afford the better weapon, do it. Stoppages will get you pwned.

There are 3 types of respawns in paintball and airsoft.
The first, is no respawn. Pretty streight forward.
The second, is called #man respawn. For example, a 5 man respawn, is when you go back to your spawn after being hit. You wait there until 4 other guys die too. Once you have 5 dead guys, you all respawn.
The third, is called ##respawn. For example 30respawn. You go back to spawn, and a official will count to thirty, then let you go.
It all depends on the game.

Yes. It wouldn't surprise me if just as many, if not more adults play. Quite a few vets play as well. The question is, why WOULDNT you want to spend your time on this. Paintball is fun as hell, especially playing in the woods etc.
