5)Apologize to Asian community??? why? The shooter is Algerian and the victims are French jewish...so?

The shooter also killed 4 military last week...

For now, the shooter is holding position in his flat, RAID surronded the building this morning and negociating with him since 9AM today.
He also shot two policemen when they assaulted the house.
He is revendicating that he's from Al-quaida, have spent time in Afghanistan, break out from an afghan jail.

Why should they report the actual news when they get better ratings saying what the public wants to hear?

Most of the US media (ESPECIALLY FOX NEWS) has spent so much time reporting stuff out of context and changing stuff to whatever they want, they probably aren't able to research stories correctly anymore even if they wanted to.

I posted before I read it, but I still think it's semi-relevant.

Expected nothing...was a half troll...but honnestly its not even "FOR" but "BY" stupid ppl in this case...but even a 12yo kids with 1 hour of geography/week can point at least the good country on a map. And more than that...its like:
"What? Shooting in France?...lets call Hollywood producers!!!..."and not even looking on internet for correct information.

I generally dont watch news channel, Euro or US, not even belgian news.

How popular is fox news in US?

The US is very big and very diverse, so you have to look at among which demographics a certain thing is popular. Fox News is very unpopular around educated areas and more middle-class urban areas (this is obviously a huge generalization). Fox News is very popular among low income families and with hardcore right-wing nutbags. I don't think it's necessarily a conservative following..... I think the smart people on the right side of the spectrum probably watch real news. It's more of a "We identify with republican/conservative lifestyle, so we watch fox news, and they feed us nonsense to get us riled up."

Another thing you could do, Sarg, is just look up who owns Fox. It will explain a lot of things... lol.

That's how I view it.

:\

This is why I barely watch the news....If you are going to report about something horrible, at least have the correct information.

Heard about this situation through the grapevine. France was generally staying away from this type of attack, but i guess this happens everywhere. I still really want to visit Toulouse though. I love France, but haven't been there yet.

Yea, I was wondering whether this was real or not. Fox News twists the shit out of facts, but they aren't dumb.... they are just snake-like pieces of shit. They wouldn't be stupid enough to get themselves into trouble like that.
