Publicity of our krew!

If we up publicity we need to limit the amount of recruits per class and that in itself will make the recruitment process more rigorous.
We also need to make the activity requirements more standardized so that we don't just aquire new members who hang around without being active. In other words, we need to make demotion a more realistic consequence for inactivity.
We also need more structured staff/member administration in terms of inside the krew itself. More people to take care of monitoring and moderating the krew members in a more organized way.

Wow i think my idea has come to a good one... which seems good to me. But yes i agree with john ryan, we need a limit i guess... can someone tell me how many people are |KKK|'s and |k|? Because we COULD do a limit, but then everyone will know we have reached the limit... which i guess will un-populate our servers and such. So im not sure about all this.
