Shutting Down WaW Server

That's right, I'm shutting it down. It doesn't get used.

BUT, expect to see that one turn into a modded cod4 server. I feel that it should hopefully push me into getting it up and running much faster than what I originally wanted.

Hey WaLLy, I know it doesn't matter, but I think you should work to try and get a TeamSpeak or Ventrilo server up for the Krew to talk to one another in. Like when you guys are in-game.

So you won't have to worry about annoying little kids screaming in the voice chat lol.

Thanks Cent0, haha.

If |KKK| does move to a different game, try to have members be playing in that game with the tags for a while and then move like 1 or 2 servers there to represent more.

I was one of the people that beta tested it on a server that had the beta of it. It's pretty fun, sometimes it seems weird. Espically with the effects and other things but all-in-all it's a really good mod.

Server is up. I will be rolling out the download links tomorrow if the server doesn't co-operate. It just involves creating 3 folders and downloading 5 files. The files where I have them stored download at a much faster rate.

And what do you mean different classes? Meaning, if I can make it a pistol only match? Yes I can. ;D

will we be seeing a better how-to than "There is a map that comes with this put it in usermaps and but mod in Mods"

I think you can. It's classified a little differently than what we're used to but the only things I changed were perks. I only got to play on the server for a bit.

And as for the download, I have everything in place; I've uploaded the files to our forum's host (this is now called redirect), I've entered the correct link into the server's config to look for the redirect but it just isn't co-operating. I know I might be missing something in the config, but trust me I've already tried different settings and still no luck. The support I requested didn't really give me much help either... If you're not a novice and can handle going to the game's computer folders, than this is really easy. I gave Blu the download links to the files i have them hosted on and it didn't take too long before he was in the server playing with me. I really need the redirect to be fixed or else we wont be seeing too many outside people in there.
