Skateboarding is pretty hardcore, I guess. People get hurt a lot. Unless they aren't trying hard enough :troll:

I have never done Parkour. I prefer skating, basketball and running. ( this summer will be my next marathon)

The parkour pros http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IkawsBwJwpE and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x98jCBnWO8w

Parkour takes lots of taining and crazy body strength. damn the one guy was doing a one arm chinup. I wouldnt recommend any of this for a novice you could get badly hurt. I dont do any flips or anything but I like to jump but nothng like these guys. I doubt any one here can do what they do in these videos lol Skateboarding can get intense as well when in a skate park with ramps or jumping stairs, grinding stair rails... oh yea may I add all these people doing parkour go through a variety or exercises and stretchs so there body can with stand all the punishment of impact

Most pro athletes train intensely intense amounts.

Not really pros, but think about olympic gymnasts.

the reason that i ripped an ab muscle was because i didn't warm up before i start scaling 4.5m walls and jumping off of them :S in my training no one else in the group could climb it so i just went up to to wall climbed it easily but when i reached the top i forgot my technique for swinging myself over and i ripped my ab :/
