Kill the camper - tip and tricks

OK, so the other night there was a few of us on S1, there was a lame camper who would always go to the same spot every time.

This spot:

So Captain Cockslap is taunting this guy, coz he's so lame. Anyway, you can see this spot from the locker room window if you go over to it and not run down the normal path next to the centre block of lockers.

So every time i run past I check the window. Sure enough he's there. Bang, dead. He get's the shits after about the 4th time i nail him and he says "you're too chicken to kill me face to face". So 10 seconds later i charge down the stairs and he's coming in the front doors. Bang, dead. I say "what, like that?" Then he left.

Another good one for that spot is jump out the window and do a Death From Above

Eh? that 's the stock view. I've not changed anything. I did that on my WS laptop if that makes a diff.

Hahaha AVC, very nice as we all know how irritating those damn spawn campers can be especially on server 1. I have done the "jump out the window" kill, or just stand on the ledge and point down at them, but never thought about the windows in the file cabinet room, nice pictures and post dood

Oh and the FOV tweak, there are probably many people here that don't use it because they either don't know about it or don't know how to do it. Anyways I can say that I use it and it makes a good difference on what you can see on the sides, it's certainly not a hack just a tweak to the game, and I think the default is set at 60 or 65, so going to 80 makes a difference

Yeah I figured that one out awhile ago. The only problem is that often the guy isn't over far enough for you to hit him. the launcher can usually take care of that however.

I got a tip thats often pretty useful. Campers are often reclusive meaning they often return to the same spot. soo u can anti-camp meaning ur basicly camping out a campers spot. Or if u dont feel like doing that u could even clay and area u feel they'll be back for.

Yeah I just found this post, good one AVC! I didn't know about the window in the filing cabinet either so I'll certainly keep that in mind. Especially since that's one of the main spawn camping spots and I hate those mothers!!!! SC = no skills whatsoever.

guys the main thing is to play that map a lot. then you will start to see that mostly everyone does the same thing and sits in the same spot over and over. Like you know ppl are going to be under the steps or camp in the file room or snipe in the fair building, or mainly the stay in the lobby. The thing i do to get the most kills is stay on the second floor of the lobby and put a claymore on the door going to the file room, then you just let them come. I will always get 4+ kills doing that. The main thing is to not run around so much.

learn where you can wallbang all the spots, so you can kill them without them ever knowing your there. It also really pisses them off, especially when you get your shots dead on and they don't even get a chance to react. If i see bullets coming out of a camp spot, i will wallbang it. If i got killed by a camper in a camping spot, i will wallbang him. It really is the easiest way to deal with them. Deep impact is your friend.

When I wallbang I usually spray the wall till I hit something when someone wallhacks, they shoot at the exact spot the camper is hiding, even if you're not hacking it still can be mistaken a such, another thing that makes people suspect youre walling is knowing where people are comming from which couldve just been a hunch
