A good "basic" laptop?

Hello peeps,

I'm trying to find a cheap laptop to buy for my little sister where she can just do stuff for school and play flash games etc. without having any issues.
So it should be able to handle office 2010 and probs windows 7 2.
I found this one online: Acer Aspire One D257-57Dws (I can't give a link because all the computer sites on google are dutch ones for me).

Should this suffice her needs?

Oh sorry for the late response, we're looking for +- 300 euros. By the way I informed about the netbook and it seems to be to slow. So we're looking for a bit more processing power if possible.
