Hey guys, just wanted to give you all a heads up, and just let everyone know what my plan/goal is for this. It's called the Susan G. Koleman 3day. It's a breast cancer walk that covers 60 miles in you guessed it... 3 days. The San Fransisco one is September 7th-9th.
In order to participate in the walk, with thousands of others who are supporters and survivors, I need to raise $2,300 dollars. I will have an official site specifically for me, which will have all the info (my current fundraising amount, how close I am to my goal, etc.)
This is something I absolutely want to do, so if you're on my facebook, or whatever, I would really appreciate it if you share my posts and such when I get everything set up. It would mean so much to me, I'm not asking for donations, but just help me get the word out that I'm trying to do it and need some help. I'm going to be trying to do some things like car washes, and stuff like that, maybe joining the Kaiser team if they have one. But I still have to hold up my share.
I've heard this is the opportunity of a life time and I want to experience it, and show my support. Not just for breast cancer, but cancer in general.
