[SOLVED] Windows 'Start' Bar bug?! [HELP!]

I dont know what the hell happened, but the options on the right-hand side of the start button are gone. These are the 'Computer' 'Control Panel' etc.

Did you change background picture or the theme lately? It might just be transparent. Try some other themes and or background pics. Wouldn't hurt to clean you the desktop as well. Way too much crap on there.

It's definitely transparent, you can see where the area behind is blurred.

Is this a "legit" version of windows or a hacked version? That could be a problem as well, if it's legit then I'm not sure, try what the other guys said it could help.

FIXED. Did what Damage said, I just changed theme then changed it back again Thanks once again
